Where are you from?
Germany but living in France.
Please introduce yourself in 2-5 sentences
I‘m vegan since 4 years. Went vegan mainly for the animals but the health aspect and the impact of animal agriculture on the environment is a big factor as well. I‘m interested by health, studied nursing and like working out.
Since when are you vegan?
What decided you to switch to a plant-based lifestyle?
Was already vegetarian for 4 years and just thought it was the next logical step.
What aliment/product do you miss the most?
What is your favorite meal?
Anything that includes pasta.
What would be your number one tip for someone willing to become vegan?
Research!! Don‘t just go vegan and eat anything you can find just to realise you‘re not getting all your nutrients and then afterwards saying that being vegan is unhealthy.
And of course... Where do you get your protein?
Great question! I eat a lot of nuts, tofu, lentils (even my pasta is made out of lentils) and oats. Since i lift weights at the gym i also take a protein shake on days i work out.
