I’m a wellness blogger talking about holistic ways to live a healthier lifestyle.
Since when are you vegan?
I’m plant-based not vegan.
What decided you to switch to a plant-based lifestyle?
I was brought up near a farm and didn’t like the animals going to slaughter.
What aliment/product do you miss the most?
What is your favorite meal?
Anything vegetable-based, chili, curry, stew.
What would be your number one tip for someone willing to become vegan?
Take it one day and one swap at a time and try not to label yourself as you might set yourself up to fail. I always say I follow a plant-based diet and still even now take it one day at a time.
And of course... Where do you get your protein?
I have protein powder supplements but I very rarely need them as I eat lentils, beans, and seeds daily.

Going vegan is hard as sometimes you eat a sauce or drink a glass of wine without thinking or checking it’s vegan. Don’t be too hard on yourself - you’ve taken a step so just keep going even if you fall off the wagon from time to time!
